Hey everyone,
I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I'm working on a TV documentary profile of Glenn Beck for a major network. Before his days on talk radio, Beck was a "Zoo" radio DJ, mostly on Top 40 stations. In fact, Beck worked at stations in the DC/Baltimore market in the '80s and early '90s. He DJ'd at WPGC in 1983, and he returned to host the morning show on the old B104 (now WZFT, apparently?) from 1990-1991.
I'm wondering if anyone has any hints in terms of where I can find recorded audio from Beck's shows during these time periods. I've contacted the stations, but most stations don't maintain archives that far back.
Any thoughts? Perhaps one of you has Beck's show in your archive without even realizing it! Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
Thanks so much,
Sarah
