glenn ordway out indefinitely

ordway called into the big show to announce that his wife gave birth last thursday night and there were some major complications. both mom and baby are not doing well. ordway is going to be out and the whiney awards have been postponed.

i hope everyone here will join me in sending thoughts and prayers there way.

Glenn and his family are most definitely in my prayers. I cannot imagine what they are going through, and wish everyone my very best. God bless them!

with regards to his wife and child's health. Glenn says, "it is important at this time for me to devote all my time and energy to helping my wife and to helping my baby get healthy. By nurturing Sarah back to health quickly, I believe that we can allow the mother and baby bonding process to happen and subsequently increase baby Mia’s chances for a recovery."

As part of this, the Whiney Awards have been postponed till 4/3/08

I hope everything works out for The Big O. He's probably the most talented of all of the on-air personalities. Sheppard does a surprisingly good job in his absence, but if they keep having Larry Johnson on as a co-host (3 times in about a week), I can see Felger picking up some listeners. With Ordway out, they should have only "A" list co-hosts.
