There are many possibilities. 1410 has 103 watts at night. It won't the first time an AM has had the time miscalculated or stuck in the night time or daytime power. Being on an old regional AM channel it might have a 500 PSA too. Back in the day, the old local channels like 1230 (class 4 IIRC) now class C had to go to 250 watts at night. Surely they are not running a 50 + year old tube transmitter that would still have that setting. But almost all AM transmitters have flexible power settings. Also the ground system can have issues.
I seriously doubt anyone is worried about the AM signals. The FM translators is another story.
I almost forgot, if it bothers you:
Be a good person and contact the station.
They might not even know there is an issue. They have access to transmitters. I doubt anyone on this web site has the keys to access the equipment.
