Global Music Ready to Settle

Four years ago, a lot of radio stations were prepared to stop playing Bruce Springsteen, The Eagles, and Pink Floyd because the owner of their airplay rights, Global Music Royalties, was at war with the Radio Music License Board. Now they appear ready to settle:

I think it was Mick Jagger who said "You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you get what you need."

Radio stations have been limping along on quarterly agreements to continue to play the music.
