Global National Morning Show

With the cancellation of Morning Live in Montreal and Ontario and the rest of the Global stations in Atlantic Provience, Saskachewan, and Manitoba (Execpt for B.C. and Alberta). Will Global TV lauch a national morning show like CTV CANADA AM?

A nice idea, but I doubt that will ever happen.

I think the current point that Global is trying to make is that as much as they'd like to steal ratings from CTV, they can't afford to pay the staff to be there in the morning at this time.

(They're not crying poor, they're crying broke!)
 
I think Global would rather be competitive in its successful markets in BC and Alberta with totally local morning shows. As for the rest of the stations, there's nothing stopping them from going back to cartoons. Those would get them better ratings than whatever they have now.
