MAx88, I have personally presented and explained options on ways that people on this board could get a legal urban ac station going. I have not seen any reply's to those postings. I would think if a city needs something that badly people would band together and make it happen?

Of course you haven't seen a reply. The whiners just want to whine. It's so much easier than getting up from their computer keyboards and actually doing something about what they claim Boston "needs."

Meanwhile in Augusta GA, the operator of a pirate radio station admits to a TV station that what he's
doing is illegal--and what may spur the FCC to clamp down on him quickly is the fact that what he airs
is full of "cussing". Not OK for legit stations, let alone an illegal. He says yeah, he may get a slap
on the wrist for it (who knows if it will be more than that, though)

(For the record Touch isn't doing explicit material but they are still illegal)
