Globe's wedding gift to Michael Graham: column by his ex-

Don't know if it was co-incidence or not but the Globe published a column by "The Warden"
aka Jennifer Graham, whose ex-husband is midday host on WTKK. (Radio Eq blog pointed out before that on Jen's site there was a pic of the Graham family--since removed--that had
Michael airbrushed out.) It appears on the weekend he's getting re-married.

>>Unfortunately, it turned out that my former husband was not interested in an undivorce, but in making our divorce more permanent. He told me he was getting married in the fall.
A brief period of rage followed.

Last week Michael Graham teased us with "a big programming announcement at noon
today". Then he amended it to "you know I have talked about my family and they have
been part of our program.." and then said "I'm getting married." Turned off radio.

I'iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiim Michael Graham...

(One of the comments reads: "My ex cheated on me, and I hated him, but I did not try to ruin his wedding day. You see, I have more class than he.")

IIRC her web page was not exactly brimming with love and affection for her Husband, who had dragged her to Massachusetts against her will.

After reading that piece in the Globe, I fully understand why he'd divorce her.

I think this is pretty ssummy on the part of the Globe.

Guest columns by disgruntled wives?

Perhaps they weren't thrilled that he freq. calls them the Boston Globe-Democrat on air! They only wish that it were an ex-wife of Howie Carr writing that column :p

The Globe hit a new low with this one. The article was submitted to the Globe in August and they waited until the weekend of Grahams wedding to publish it.

The column doesn't mention Michael Graham by name, if I had read this in the paper I would not have even known it was about him. People who don't listen to his show probably don't know who she is either.

Someone who wrote on her website about "procreating too many times" next to a picture of her kids is bringing her own issues to the table.

Where in the column does it state to whom she is married? It doesn't. She's a free-lance writer by trade.

So what.

There is an ex Mrs. Carr, although she never used the name.

So what.
