I wish that they could have synched the radio with the TV. Van Gundy was OK, but Breen and Jackson were terrible. They were so busy telling stories and trying to be funny that they ignored things like substitutions, referee's calls, number of team fouls, etc. Grandy and Max would've been much better. I thought it was possible to synch them, but I guess not. I can't imagine why 'EEI wouldn't do it if it was possible.

If you have a DVR (maybe TiVo, too??), you can hit pause or rewind slightly to allow for TV feed to sync with the radio. Then turn down the tv and listen to the radio.

high def tv feeds are always behind radio feed by 10-15 seconds so it wouldn't work
The Internet stream should be behind the radio feed by more than 15 seconds

once again, it's time to return to this thread:

WEEI - C - was headed for a D w/o D&C; 'EEI only has a minor league team (the Celtics) whose appeal is limited to Bowdoin St. and Geneva Ave. in Dorchester

Any replies would be welcome! ;D

hmm... so only African Americans in Dorchester care about the Celtics? I think that's about to change--there's a lot more buzz with the new "big 3" and, if they win, people will jump back on the bandwagon, just like they did with the Pats and Sox when they became winners. I live in the 'burbs and I'm starting to see people sporting a lot more Celtics gear... people of all colors, incidentally.

I hate to bump another thread but was just thinking about this last night when watching the Celtics play in front of a full house, with the best record in the NBA. Care to reconsider that comment?

... and... now we're at the end of the season, the Celtics have won and that long-ago post has been proven quite wrong!
