go to nola.com for New Orleans info and help

If you want info on New Orleans go to www.nola.com

Go to the help center on the home page. It's on the left hand side, and has an orange backround. You might have to scroll down a little bit.

There they have message boards for: missing people, to say you're ok, how to volunteer, and to see how different parts of the area are, etc. There's also a katrina chat room.

Below that there's a resource center with links to: getting help from fema, contacting your insurance company, disaster relief numbers, missing persons rescue database, and more.

I hope this helps someone :)
