I never said I had inside information I said there were lots of rumors going around why. Pay attention to what I say before you ridicule me.
This is the only place I've seen it mentioned. Not sure about the "LOTS OF RUMORS" rumor.

Is it ever possible for a person to leave a job in radio simply because they wanted too?
Is it ever possible a jock got canned because they just aren't a good employee?
I read a blog the other day written by a jock who complained he was downsized three times for voice tracking. I know there are great jocks that are excellent employees and still get downsized, but after three times it might be time to start looking in the mirror instead of blaming corporations. It's possible you just weren't as good as you thought. Use that as motivation to improve.
