It looks like it's from one family member to another since they both have the same last name?

And don't forget: "
PRICE: $50,000
TERMS: Sale of stock
COMMENT: Patricia Casagrande is selling 100% of the stock in the Fifteen Fifty Corp. to Robert Casagrande in exchange for the assumption of the company's debt estimated to be $50,000."

Sounds like a matter of just signing some papers... no money exchanging hands.

For those who may not be aware,
Robert Casagrande is Rob Case of Chopper 4 fame.

Yeah he's the one that stole 105.7 from Otterbein/WOBN.

Shouldn't they be in the non-comm range anyway? 91.5 was free for a _long_ time.<P ID="signature">______________

Uh, blame the FCC - it could not have been done by anybody without them.

They could if they didn't sell ads on the station. Not enough ads to pay for a stream, apparently, but it does have ads.

WOBN is a class D non-commercial educational station. They can't air commericals like you here on WNCI, WLVQ, whatever, but they can mention sponsors and sell sponsorships.

they could air ads!

Ah, but they could put all the ads they WANT on a STREAM!!

(Yeah, I know...a tough sell, though...)

Yes you are right they could do that, and it would cover the costs of streaming, and possibly make money at it. The problem is they don't have the money or funding from Otterbein to cover that initial cost, unless it's built into their new facilities that the college is building. Let's only hope they do!

My opinion, I don't see that happening..they wouldn't back it up with funding ..their energy is in athletics-rah rah (where the money lives). They even turned down a new science facuility for the new field so I'm not seeing this..
