Going to talk AM DX on the Radio Thursday!

I'm going to be a guest on the morning show of an AM in California's San Joaquin Valley Thursday morning to briefly talk about picking up the AM signal here in Alaska! (We're recording the interview Wednesday morning)

I've heard Tulare/Visalia's KVMI 1270 up here in Alaska several times, and they were very common in SE WY. Im friends with a few of Momentum's staff on FB and the morning host said he should have me on sometime.. so here we go!

Congrats Paul. They are common at night here, but I'm only 700 miles away. I have never picked up the translator via E-skip but it is quite possible! I've had Fresno openings several times. I had the KJOP-1240 translator on 94.1 during major Es in June 2021, only 110 watts. K231DC, Lemoore CA, and 23 mi from Visalia.

I had the KSTN-AM translator in Wyoming and I had the 95.7 LPFM in Davis, CA in WY as well.

This will air about 710am pacific time Thursday
