Gois Broadcasting now in the real estate business

Gois Realty of Connecticut LLC and Gois Holdings of Connecticut LLC own the real property under the towers. (Gois Realty Trust LLC owns the MA properties.)

They're selling the piece of land that WLAT's tower #4 sits on, it's adjacent to a pretty swanky neighborhood and some nice commercial properties.
