Good Bye Jersey Guys hello Rocky PLJ

I was bouncing back and forth yesterday between Rocky on PLJ and The Jersey Guys on NJ101.5. The last straw for me was when Craig Carton called Ray Rossi an ethnic slur for Italians yesterday. I am Italian and my kid was in the car.
The only reason why I was bouncing back to NJ101.5 yesterday afternoon was for traffic reports. I just sent PLJ an e-mail suggesting they expand Jersey traffic reports during Rocky's show. With expanded Jersey traffic reports PLJ should pick up alot of central Jersey listeners.

The Jersey Guys show has turned into one big commercial for their stupid ugly skank calendar anyway which I'm not buying. The Jersey Guys became boring, vulgar, anti social and predictable so bye bye NJ101.5 and hello Rocky on PLJ.

I take offense to that. I have heard the Jersey Guys, and my show was FAR more unlistenable than they could ever hope to be!!!

Casey no need to threaten me with that now that Rocky is back on PLJ. There is no reason for me to ever listen to NJ101.5 in PM drive anymore. Be gone, you have no power here.

But I whole-heartedly agree with "OhYes!" Ever since that Codey incident with "Crazy {Loudmouth-I-Like-to-hear-myself-talk} Carton" I have dismissed NJ 101.5 ALL TOGETHER! What was more disconcerting was the fact that the station's PD stood behind them ALL the way! Sick, simply put! Hello Rocky and Blaine and Welcome Home Guys!!

Oh, geez...Listen, I would come back on the air, but no one is asking. I am perfectly content, here, at Wegman's. I don't have to deal with a union, and the benefits are good.

It's funny how you have an excuse for the "only reason" you were listening to 101.5 was "for the traffic", yet you know that they've been emphasizing the calendar.

I also love how you try to play the role of the Good Parent Who Is Easily Offended, and you get huffy when you hear a term that might be offensive to Italians...

Such anger. For a parent who is easily offended at radio shows, you seem to have a lot of issues. Does little Johnny duck when you raise your arms to yawn?

And BTW, not for nothing, but you do realize that Blaine worked with Craig for about a year, right?

Um...Actually, we doubled the ratings, in Detroit. We got blown out over some contractual issues. Basically, it was cheaper to fire us, than to fire someone else. It's just the way the business is, sometimes.....

You sir are a suspected troll and a hack for NJ101.5 so you can get lost.

I know about the calendar because up until yesterday I listened to the Jersey Guys but now I listen to Rocky on PLJ along with many others that I know. It's funny how you don't condemn Craig calling Ray an ethnic slur yesterday. I for one do not have to have my child exposed to such garbage and any advertisers who allow it are out to lunch. You are just sensitive that the ratings for the fall book will be down for the Jersey Guys, Rocky will see to that.

I don't buy it if you were worth it they would have done whatever they could to keep you. Just face it no one is calling for the reason your show was just not good..

Casey, I just wanted to say that I listened to you guys everyday when you were on 101.5. I still listen to Dennis and Judy, but the JERSEY GUYS just don't have what you and Scott or what Deminski and Doyle had. So at 2:00 everyday, my radio flips to a music station.
