I had to post here about the passing of Les Crane. I used to listen to him as a teen growing up back when KLAC was"Two Way Radio" and he did afternoons. He was great. For years I tried to find a email address on him to send him a fan letter. I went once and saw his TV show, which aired on KKTV, back in the 60's. He'll be missed. He made me want to get into radio. So I guess I should balme it on him and guys like Jimmy Rabbitt, Joe Pyne, and BMR. Thanks for the great radio Les!

Les Crane, Joe Pyne, Louis Lomax.....those guys were all L.A. TV pioneers! A lot of great early TV memories from all of 'em!
