I have to admit that in many respects I prefer watching Good Day over any of the other morning shows as I get ready for work between 7:30 and 8:30 every morning. Of course I get annoyed with Jenn (it's been nice without her this week) and hate that their interview segments can be so short at times, but overall I like the local angle - especially the weather/traffic combo with Sue and Dorothy every 10 minutes or so.
But... there has been a ton of changes at the show as of late and apparently they are continuing. Nick Smith apparently got fired as a reporter, Steve Keeley (who I don't really like anyway) isn't on very much anymore, George & Kerri Lee got moved to the early news and then the new midday (and now 5:00 for Kerri Lee) show, Jenn got moved away from the anchor desk (THANK YOU!), the pretty boring Shenelle moved to co-anchor, then WB17 leftover Scott Engler got moved to the anchor desk, they got ride of the traffic/weather on the 9's and then brought it back ....
now, i saw a commercial today for a new host of the show ... Clayton Morris comes to FOX 29 from the The Daily Buzz morning show in Orlando. Before a stop in sunny Florida Clayton spent two years in Bluefield, West Virginia, where he was the main anchor at WVVA-TV. Prior to that, Clayton worked as a Political Reporter for Montana's News Station (which is a conglomerate of CBS affiliates throughout the state of Montana). Clayton started in news in Los Angeles, producing for KTTV Fox 11 News "Good Day LA." It was there he discovered his love for live television, politics, and ridiculous fun that can be had during morning news
who is running this station's news division? with kerri lee is out of the mix with the new 5:00 p.m. newscast here is how i would staff the show ...

Weather: Sue Serio
Traffic: Dorothy Krysiuk
On-Scene News Reporter: Steve Keeley (once an hour)
Features Reporter: Jenn Frederick (once an hour)
Hourly/Daily Ask The Expert Segment with a different person each day of the week, but always remaining the same - Dr. Mike Mondays, Craig Mitnick Tuesdays, etc.
