I watch it when I feel like or in Metro Atlanta for business. It's alright, but clearly just a watered-down extension of the earlier show with Karen and Jeff.

I love Karen! She makes the show basically. Jeff is too goofy :D

I'm not really knocking them because I enjoy them as well, but you can tell who ever produces that hour waters down the topics and substance of the show compared to the 7-9am hours.
 
Maybe that's because there's a different audience after 9 AM.
The "Today" show seems to go softer in the 9-11 AM portion.
