Was taking a ride from Oakdale to the Airport around 11pm....93.7 and 100.7 would'nt even come in on my radio. I was seeking through the stations and there seemed to be a station on every channel. I was amaazed when i heard 103.1 CFPL from London, Ontario and on 99.3 they were talking in all french. I presume this station is also from canada?

Oui. C'est CJBC-FM 99.3, London, ON.
So much for my French. It simulcasts CJBC-FM 90.3 Toronto and more information is available at radio-canada.ca/regions/ontario/.

I was getting some station at 104.1 clear as a bell last night, and 103.9 was barely coming in atop Jacktown Hill (which is strange under any circumstance).

I couldn't find what station it might be (as of yet, anyway), but I do not think it was either a Frog (104.3 seemed to sound different) or anyone else in the Pittsburgh region.

If it was country, it was probably 104.1 WPAY out of Portsmouth Ohio about 80 miles south of Columbus Ohio.
