TO THE FEW LOYAL RADIO FANS LEFT, UNTIL CORPORATE FINISHES KILLING WHAT'S LEFT OF GOOD RADIO...

I THINK IN THE NEW YEAR THERE SHOULD BE A COUPLE OF FORMAT CHANGES WHICH WOULD NE GOOD.

KWLI..92.5 FM....SHOULD CHANGE TO SPORTS.....SPORTS 92.5 FM. CBS CHOULD GET RID OF COUNTRY WHICH HAS BEEN TRIED ON THIS FREQUENCY FOR THE 10TH TIME ALREADY. WITH IVERSON COMING TO DENVER...WE NEED AN FM SPORTS STATION!!!!

KPTT 95.7 SHOULD CHANGE TO JAMMIN R&B AND OLD SCHOOL.....WITH SATURDAY NIGHT MIX PARTY OF OLD SCHOOL...THIS WOULD WORK IF IT WERE DONE RIGHT...BRING BACK THE OLD KDJM CALL LETTERS....

KIMN..1003 SHOULD CHANGES TO HOT 100..DENVER'S HOTTEST HIT MUSIC CHANNEL. CBS SHOULD DO THIS BECAUSE THEY ARE NEVER GOING TO OVERTAKE ALICE 105.9'S FORMAT. THIS WOULD WORK

I THINK THESE CHANGES WOULD BRING IN BETTER NUMBERS........AND ALSO I THINK CRAPPY 107 AND TINI 1015 SHOULD JUST PACK IT UP AND GET OFF THE AIR......YOU CAN'T EVEN HEAR THESE STATIONS IN DENVER. THERE NUMBERS ARE NEVER GOING TO REACH ANYTHING ABOVE 1.0.

***Sports Talk on FM in such a sports-driven market like Denver might be a good move, better than FM Talk (CBS can't seem to get that right, either). Denver could handle another country station, but the Wolf ain't it. It just comes off as a KYGO knock-off. The market has decided, why bother with a knock-off when you can have the real thing (KYGO)?

***Party has its own set of issues (being run on the cheap). Instead of "Jammin R&B and Old School", I'd do a classy Urban AC; silky smooth music from yesterday and today during the week (Marvin, Teddy Pendergrass, O'Jays, Anita Baker, Aretha, Patti LaBelle, Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson) and lets its hair down on the weekend with Funky Old School and "Blue-Eyed" soul (AWB, Hall & Oates, KC, Bee Gees). Bringing back the KDJM call letters would be poison. The station is dead; let it rest in peace.

***Mix has a great morning show and excellent midday talent in Leanne Somers, but Giff and the night guy are realllllly bad. With the right PD (given full programming autonomy), Mix could be a slightly older skewing CHR. That's a hole in this market that no one is filling.

***Leave Sassy and Martini be! At least they're being adventurous with their formats. There's tons of room for improvement on both stations, but they are sometimes more refreshing than many of the cookie-cutter formats in the market!

OK...AS FAR AS SASSY 107 & MARTINI 1015 I WILL QUIT BASHING THEM...YES I HAVE LISTENED TO IT(WHEN I'M OUT NEAR THE AIRPORT) CAUSE YOU CAN'T PICK THOSE STATIONS UP CLEAR IN THE CITY) SASSY HAS AN INTERESTING MIX....SOME HALL & OATS & EARTHWIND & FIRE....I LIKE IT....BUT I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO DO.

KPTT..95.7 THE PARTY..IS CHEAP RUN AND THEY HAVE NO DIRECTION....THEY SHOULD DROP THIS...I LIKE YOUR CLASSY R&B STATION IDEA....I LOVE MARVIN & PATTI LABELL & ANITA BAKER....WITH SOME JAMMIN OLD SCHOOL...AKA...CHAKA & PATTI AUSTIN & CAMEO...THIS WOULD WORK.

MIX 100..CBS SHOULD TWEAK IT THEN...MOVE AWAY FROM HOT AC....SINCE ALICE ALREADY HAS THIS....MIX IN MORE CURRENT RYTHIMIC AND POP HITS.....HOT 100.....DENVER HOTTEST MUSIC CHANNEL!!!!!
