Doesn't PlJ have ANY say on who does their traffic? Listening to Jeff McKay is like figuring out just how bad bad can get. 95% of the time he doesn't remember to turn off his mic. "I'm with you", or you hear him muttering to himself.
He also has no sense of structure. He does the traffic, in the middle, there is a tag line, and then he goes right back to traffic. Sometimes he will end it right there, other times he will do another tag. He also doesn't know how to take a breath. he just PLOWS on through and probably pats himself on the back like a job well done.
I remember when he first started....People where complaining that his info GOT them into accidents. This was back when he didn't mention the accident was on a north or south route....or when if a big accident on a major road DID happen, he didn't cover it until 2 HOURS later. I know, passing stuff, I'll listen just to see if he ever picks up on it.
I wish they would have kept Michelle Jersen when she guested....Not only does she have a great radio voice, she actually pays attention to the show and tries to interact with the guys. although thanks to the nolan debacle, I think the traffic reporters being recognized are a thing of the past...sigh.
