Good Job Charlie Profit

Former WXCT General Manager and Radio-Info Moderator Charlie Profit anchored the local news updates this afternoon on Waterbury's WATR 1320. Today was a practice run for Charlie doing WATR's afternoon news as he is expected to be filling in for WATR's regular afternoon news guy Tom Graves on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of next week (8/9, 8/10, and 8/11), as Graves takes a few days off as he is also gonna be on vacation from Shaw's Supermarket. I think Charlie did a pretty damn good job, considering he was on a strange station. I think on a scale of 1-10 his performance was about a 7.9. Good Luck Charlie with your fill in work.

uh...thanks, but this wasn't necessary.

I'm trying to figure out why I am surprized to see this!
______________

where's that post about excessive WXCT topics?

Don't hate

Don't hate me for posting about your upcoming fill-in work. Tom told gave me permission to mention on here that you would be doing fill-in work there. If you want to hate someone, hate him.

Re: Don't hate

LOL...I don't hate either of you. For some reason I was surprized that's all...no harm done. Glad you listened...
______________

There isn't one. EVERY CT radio station is allowed to be mentioned. Some get more posts than others. If you don't like reading about certain stations, just don't read posts by certain people who have a record of posting about it. Simple solution.

But there are rules about inflamatory posts...meaning purposely trying to start an arguement.
______________
