Yes its Good Karma's Pay Per Podcast section produced by their sports/talk stations.

Good Karma Brands has launched “Wisconsin on Demand” featuring content from “ESPN Madison” 100.5 WTLX Monona/Madison and “ESPN Milwaukee” 94.5 WKTI Milwaukee/540 WAUK Jackson.

The $5 per month/$50 per year service will feature all of the programming from the two stations in podcast form with limited commercials. The stations will still make some short-form clips available without the paywall.

This is a dumb idea. Sports fans can get all the sports talk they want for free on plenty of stations. They aren't going to pay for access to podcasts.
