Just heard that Frosty Stidwill will be put out of his misery along with the female laugh track Heidi Hamilton......
Lord knows I've been waiting for this day..........

Also Adam Carolla and his deformed lips will be getting the boot....

The BAD NEWS!! is AMP 97.1 will be hiring a new "MORNING ZOO"
which consist of a guy who thinks he's funny along with a female who will laugh at everything he says......how brilliant

Can you take me out unemployed style with a atheist at a another divorce hearing....Thanks....

The good news is that the misogynistic obese creepy looking pig is off the air at long last. Blow me up with a cheer for better radio in LA. :)

Can't agree about Adam though, I found him refreshing and a good alternative for the musically disenfranchised such as myself. I always thought that the midday show was a little lame but that is just me. I won’t be checking in to AMP! :'(

I just started listening to him today and i think he's pretty good!

On another site someone mentioned him and i looked into it and am listening to his last show

He mentioned podcasting earlier, so I think he will go that route.

You said that you just started listening to him, so I guess you never got to listen when he used to be on Loveline with Dr. Drew? I grew up with that show. There's a web stream that just loops old Loveline shows, if you're interested, I can PM you the stream URL, because I don't know it off the top of my head.

In most markets middays are lame, and there is little that anyone can do to get them much of an audience. That is why they are on midday and not during morning wake up/drive time or afternoon drive time. After drive time and until early morning many are automated during the week. Would anyone even notice if middays were automated? Mornings, after work drive time and weekend party times are when people are paying attention.

The #1 biller in LA, which is the #1 market in billings, is KIIS, a CHR..
 
KLSX is a must listen for the next three hours for those in radio...until 11 PM PST.

Because they have had no competition.

I can't stand the music AMP will be playing, but business-wise, it is a no-brainer. Excellent move. If I were KIIS I'd be extremely worried, especially as young people are very fickle, and will drop KIIS if AMP is fresher and more exciting. Even a 50/50 split in listeners would be a big blow.
 
After Amp 97.1 Flip Later Today, I Think KIIS FM Will Repond In A Couple Of Weeks

First Thing Is Go Back To 2 Stop Sets And Maybe cut Back 8-10 Of Commericals Per Hour To Start And Maybe Revamp Http://kiisfm.com And Stuffle The Line-up A Tad
