KOOL-FM in Phoenix bounces back from an unusually bad winter book to zoom to #1 in Phoenix (12+). They increased their 25-54 number by about 30%! Impressive.

Hey Cat,

What is their mix like? Do they delve back before 64 or venture on through the 70's?

They go through much of the 70s with only a light emphasis on everything newer than 75. The doo wop is gone, though.

Oldies news

cenetered at about 1969- just a very few pre-1964 and into the mid-'70s.
Good mix but it's their Morning Show that's the star- Gardner & co. Heritage and legendary in Phoenix.
