LOL!!! Same here!!
When I told my youngest daughter I used to "rip the AP wire"....she thought I tore outlets out of walls!!!
Coming in for sign-on.....to find "stencil copy" because the ribbon on Model 15 had jammed or "spooled out"!!!
Finally "updated' to an Epson FX-80 bi-directional printer....at least the ink was in a cartridge, so a BIT less messy....!!
Oiling the felt washers on the drive cam of a 15....."I LOVE the smell of 10W-30 in the morning....."!!
