Capitol Broadcasting Buys Stake In Que Pasa
CAPITOL BROADCASTING has taken a minority stake in fellow NORTH CAROLINA broadcaster QUE PASA MEDIA NETWORK. The deal creates a joint venture between the RALEIGH-based radio and TV operator and the Spanish-language radio-print-marketing company. Terms were not announced; CAPITOL will have options that could bring its interest up to 49% of QUE PASA.
