I live off cape and I am sad to see the signal switch of WKPE to 103.9...WOCN old ocean 104 with the rockets flamethrower at 104.7

I wish WOCN well on 104.7, I personally don't like the format, nothing wrong with it, just not my favorite format. :(

too bad you cant hear the new classic rock at 103.9. Much tighter, better programmed music, better signal, etc. but that's to be expected, seeing that the rocket never had a PD, was being run and programmed by an inexperienced staff, operating on 60% power, etc. at best, and this is not an insult just stating it plainly, the rocket was a pretty good college station.

so now the cape has a real classic rocker. what next?
