I never met or spoke with Mike but I felt like I knew him well through his posts on this board. I remember that he had once had a post deleted by the moderators, not because it was malicious but due to its "passion," shall we say. Looking back now I think it was hilarious and it's obvious that few people here could fully appreciate his enthusiasm. I've still got an e-mail from Mike dated six years ago that I just couldn't bear to clear from my files.
