Wonder what syndicated talk they will get?
Independently-owned New Orleans-market talker WGSO (990) lays off four, to keep the station going.
Look like much of The Voice of the North Shore will be automated starting next week. Recently-named News Director Dainya Jay told the Radio-Info newspage she’ll be leaving tomorrow along with daytime hosts Sheri Campbell and Bernie Cyrus, plus “jack of all trades” Charles Guidry. The Jeff Crouere morning show and sports play-by-play from the University of New Orleans may be the only live events on the station, owned by Northshore Radio.
