I had a question about the Log Merger that comes with Maestro.
I was looking for a manual or something with examples of how the log server operates but had no such luck, so if anybody happens to know if and/or where this exist I would love to know.
However, I need to know exactly how the spot catcher works under the Log Server Configuration Dialog?
What is the "Return to Music" Option under the "End Marker in Traffic Log" exactly? An Executive Function? A Directive?
And exactly how does the utility decides how to merge the music and traffic log based on these settings.
For example:
Say the Traffic Log has a spot break at :15. There is a Load Directive before the spots and the break last 3:30 Mins simply consisting of different carts. The Music Log simply consist of a list of music carts with a load directive at the top of each hour.
What has to be added in the Traffic/Music Log for these to be merged with the Log Server?
What settings are required under the spot catcher to merge these correctly?
