Got a question about uploading audio.....

to give us radio fans something new to listen too.

I have many tapes with valuable airchecks from KBME, KLDE, KFNC, old KIKK jingles/sweepers/liners, etc. I just don't know how to convert this stuff....ideas? I know we have some savvy peeps here.

Cool Edit was bought out by Adobe and renamed Adobe Audition. Good, but a big price. Audacity is similar and free.

If you put these up on the web, even scoped, you may run afoul of copyrights on the music.

I use MP3MyMP3 3.0 to record any audio from my computer, line in, mic even stereo mix. www.yousendit.com is a free service to host your files 7 days. Pretty useful.
