"Got Issues" Name Grab

What do you think of this?

Jay Severin goes off the air, and WTKK is supposedly "in negotiations" over the rights to his new show, which is/was supposed to be called "Jay Severin Has Issues." Then they finally hire Michael Gray-um. Lately WTKK has been running radio spots that say "Michael Graham -- He's Got Issues."

Is this kosher?

For awhile, WTKK had an ad campaign on both TV and their own airwaves saying
"we've got issues". One TV ad featured Severin at the end saying, "OK,
so I've got some issues..."
So...I wonder (s'posing WBZ lands the Severin show, as I think they will)...
will Greater Media claim "intellectual property rights" to the phrase?

think Sev's going right back to 'TKK..

Not till April? Are they waiting for the Broonz season (assuming they don't
make playoffs) to be over?

While there is still technically a chance he could return to WTKK (as likely
as Theo coming back to the Sox--prove me wrong, Theo!***), it would seem that
they've written him off and, knowing Infinity wants him desparately to be a part of 'BZ, they've clearly cut their ties with him. (Not just no mentions
on the site anymore but are there any more Severin-voiced ads on 'TKK? I think
they got Grahamcrackers to re-cut one of the ads for Counter Top Shop)

***--then again, today's Globe says Theo could return as a "consultant"...!

Does this mean the Paul Sullivan is on the outs?

I could see:
Severin 7-10
Sullivan 10-mid.
Leveille Midnight on

or maybe
Sullivan 7-9
Severin 9-min
etc.
