Background: Even after I moved out of my old (top 2) market, the two-station group I worked with since 2000 wants to keep me on as a "voice between the programs" on both talk stations, 7 days a week. Having another solid, full-time gig at the time, I was happy enough to accept whatever they wanted to pay me, since this group treated me far better than any other in my career.
Now, they're asking for rates... as is another potential client in my new (top 25) market.
Question: I like, trust, and want to "do right" for these companies, both of whom are willing and able to pay promptly, and may open up other opportunites. So what do you suggest I charge for:
1 - writing spots
30 or :60's)
2 - voicetracking (I'm thinking that charging monthly will be simplest)
