Sleepy, perhaps when you wake up you'll enlighten the rest of us as to the meaning of your post...

This is code speak. When the blue dog awakes, the sea shall calm, none shall be called dude and there will be peace in the valley. It might have been posted by Donnie Walker as he left the building. Perhaps Kevin the ex-Why Guy is posting again now that he's gainfully employed at Channel 2.

One of the things I loved about Wease in the early days was how the guy would show up with his new car or boat or whatever.. And he knows it. That show became so flush with cash that everyone left town or got out of the building. Wease got the scratch, period. I've always loved the guy but he's pretty clueless in regards as to what helped him get where he's at.

You won't find many of the old school CMF crowd hanging around that guys turf.

Interesting take on peoples career, you seem to be an authority on the happenings at KISS.

The old school CMF crowd? Who is the president of that club, Mike Ryan. Back in the day when he was spinning at the Pleasure Dome he would have given his "left one" for a shot on the air with us at KISS.

I'm not really an authority on much, let alone KISS 98.5. I do know that the programming department at that station was targeted by the next Governor of New York. This former Attorney General will NEVER set his sights on the nations number one market as long as there's a conveiniant scapegoat in a market that's nearly bankrupt, doesn't bring in the votes and lies six hours down the Thruway. The Spitzer move against 98.5 in Buff is one of the reasons I'll never be a New Yorker again.

When the the big hit machines in NYC get the same scrutiny...

So stay where you are. I highly doubt Spitzer needed a payola investigation in Buffalo to get elected governor. Maybe Entercom got investigated because the Attorney General's office felt that had a case.

DU(h)

Maybe Entercom Buffalo got investigated because Dave Universal was:

1) So blatant about demanding payola that he left behind a wealth of evidence.

2) Took on the AG in the press.

There's nothing like making yourself an easy target.
