Ya know, it's quite a shame what has happened to AGM over the last few years. They used to have a competitive rhythmic CHR with KYLZ (which was often in the top 5), a good sounding oldies station under the late Lawrence Dominguez, a well-programmed jammin oldies with Mega 95.5(which sounded way better than Hot 95.1 and 101.7 sounds now), and a solid regional mexican station with Lobo. Now they have an incompetant GM, who got his job out of a cracker jack box because he's part of the owner's family, a news talker with ratings in the toilet, an under-acheiving oldies station, a classical station (how special), and a reg. mex. station that has lost nearly half of its audience. Blowing up Wild was a big mistake, they should have hired sales people who could sell it. As for Big Oldies, I realize that Dominguez passing away is not Hutton's fault but he could have found a better replacement. The best thing that could happen to AGM's staff is to get sold. I'd rather not be in radio than work for that pathetic company. No wonder they're the laughing stock of this board."gotta feel for AGM"? You gotta be joking.
