That was a fantastic Alternative format back 14 years ago, way ahead of its time, won many awards, had local shows, was more than an HD sub jukebox, why did it fold, they should bring it back their signal did reach Philly it would be a refreshing change from WRFF....

Awards don't pay the bills and as such the service almost certainly lost money.
And it was a different ownership group who had much more staff in place to do experimental content with their interns and rookies. Forever Media is not Delmarva Broadcasting by a longshot.
