"Grapes" Is Back!!

Yes, former Boston Bruins' head coach Don "Grapes" Cherry's "Coach's Corner", the popular intermission feature on CBC's "Hockey Night In Canada", will be back for the 2005/2006 season.

This article from CBC's website also reports that a seven-second delay, which had been implemented on the segment in January, 2004, will no longer be utilized.

And yes, Ron MacLean will be back as "Grapes"' sidekick.

Cherry has signed a one-year deal, but something tells me he'll be around for at least a year or two after that.
