WEKS FM (92.5 The Bear) is looking for an experienced LOCAL radio salesperson to replace one of the best sellers I have ever known. He is leaving behind a great LOCAL list and I need someone to take over the list and then grow with us as we are experiencing great increases... yes I said increases in revenue. This is NOT an entry level position but will require someone with extensive experience in prospecting, interviewing, creating proposals, closing, and yes, collections! I hear The Bear is on the move! I can't wait to get down and see the new studios in Senoia.......I hear they are really nice. Wanda, Uncle Rich, and all the rest are sounding great - sounds like you have really been building the station in positive ways. Hope you find some sales execs who recognize a good opportunity when they see one....

Thanks to both of you. Like any new venture we are going thru growing pains but it is sure worth it. We are very proud of our new facilities and how we have been welcomed. Our new offices in Griffin are teriffic too!

Obviously I am not going to give out payroll info on the two people that have left, but I will tell you that the list I have available will allow the right person to make over $60,000 a year right away and grow from there. I am looking for someone that wants to work in a great part of the state that is not feeling a recession, doesn't take a lot of traveling, has a great product to sell and does not mind putting in the work that is necessary to be sucessful. Any takers?

Lessee... 60k would be a draw of 5Large a month against 20% of the gross, less 15% for agencies who provide air ready product >only<, Company to approve credit, and commission paid against signed orders from approved clients? All collections on approved clients to be by the Company. Draw guaranteed for twelve months. Would be a start...
