Great automation and processing software free!

Two free softwares that should be helpful to those who broadcast part 15. One is an automation software for playing music etc as well as announcements on an hourly basis etc. It seems to be working fine and I do like the ability of having the station id done automatically on an hourly basis.

The second software is an audio processor software that is suppose to mimic the real ones. It defintely is helping my signal and I am using it together with my standard audio processor. Worth a visit

If you do a search, you'll see extensive info on sound solution and even a copy of my processing settings.
______________

Which package are you using? There are several free ones available.

I'm interested in the automation software. I tried clicking on the http://www.zararadio.com link and the page is all in the Spanish language. I don't speak Spanish. . Is there an English page for this? Clicked on the Zara graphic and nothing happened.

After clicking on the zararadio.com link I was finally able to figure out which file, zararadio.exe, to download. It's a bit convoluted since the website is in a foreign language. Once the download is complete and you run the program, it asks what Language to load and English is an option.

The program looks pretty decent, though I can't figure out how to integrate the Shoutcast DSP for streaming. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

If this is great and free, zero us in on how English speaking people use it.
Maybe this is what we have been looking for.
______________

Re: Lets get to the point!!

To load the plug-ins, go to Options, then Plug-ins. Make sure the "Enable the plug-ins" box is checked. Then browse for the Program Fileswinampplugins directory. Click Add. (If the Shoutcast is installed, the program should find it.) Select Shoutcast and configure it in the normal manner.

There is an English forum on the website. I didn't look at a lot of the forum entries. But, of the ones I read, the moderator seemed to do a good job answering users' questions.

I found a website for a guy who is into using the processor software and I found it helpful

http://www.geocities.com/kevtronics/soundsol/

The automated software which I have been using can be downloaded easy from below, the only thing is somehow i downloaded what appears to be a later version 1.4.1. I think i found it as a beta edition

http://www.soundsolution.it/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=29

The two softwares work together nicely. However I had trouble getting the presets that come with the program from appearing in the processor when i opened it thru the automated software. However they did appear when i opened it thru winamp. So I copied the settings and it works great. I am testing the optimod setting vs the orban setting. Went for a drive tonite and the signal sparkles.

I'm putting the package through its paces on my test machine. I also loaded Sound Solution but have not tried the presets. I am impressed with the crossfading. On some tracks, it's hard to hear one ending and the next one beginning. I want to play with it some more before I put it on the air.
