They went to Troy for weather. He quipped" Yeah those dam disasters are pretty serious" You could hear Gloria and John cracking up. Troy smirked and did the weather.

Let's see.. last week Byron Harris showed us what would happen if someone nuked downtown Dallas. This week Rebecca shows us what would happen if a dam broke. Next week we get a top 5 worst storms of the area countdown. (phone lines are open so you can vote for what YOU think was the worst storm) No, really.. the lines are open.

Does anyone else feel a little embarrassed for Channel 8 that it has to stoop to special effects laden sweeps pieces in an attempt to grab ratings??

Hence why I watch MSNBC or check out the BBC for the news.
