Wow Mike, it sounds like you have got this. What a great mix and plan of involving the community. You should do well. With a pro handling music I would think the progression of the flow of music to be not so jarring in extremes to cause people to tune away.
One thing I did at one LPFM that sadly never got on air but soft launched online, was having people in the community doing liners for the station. The population base is bigger than the community I was to reach but when people hear a name they know whether it be a city council person, school principal and such, it helps build a bond to the station. (I had over 50% of my board change from the board listed on the CP application, something you could not correct back then).
