Mixed up in all the mess on 1520 at night I can hear what sounds like Greek music. Any ideas? I thought ai first it may be the big Saudi on 1521, but unless they play greek, it's not them. I'm in Alabama. Thanks.

It's WXYB Indian Rocks Beach

They are a daytimer, along with WPSO 1500.. but both run overpower and 24/7

click the link, you can listen live to WXYB 1520, WPSO 1500 or watch Channel 48, their Greek LPTV.

Thank you. I knew I never could ID it. For a daytimer, they sure stay on late.

WXYB has ignored its daytime-only license on 1520 for the past 15 years. I've also heard WPSO droning on late into the night under Washington. Wonder if they got their license from the Greek Communications Commission? :D

Who knows, but both are for sale and have been for years.

I think 1500 programs college raadio from 8am to 2pm M-F.. a local community college leases the airtime.
