according to the Herald Banner, the local newspaper of Greenville/Hunt County, the local radio stations that serve the Northeastern section of North Central Texas has been sold to E Radio Network. the stations are KIKT 93.5 The Coyote and KGVL 1400 AM (or K290AP, the FM translator of KGVL 1400 AM.). the previous owners of Hunt County Radio, LLC sold it to E Radio Network, LLC, a company also based out of Greenville. the stations retains local ownership.

KIKT and KGVL were at one point owned by Cumulus Media in the late 2000s. and KGVL was best known as the station that gave Dallas-Fort Worth radio personality Russ Martin his start in radio before his rise as a Radio personality in the late 90s at KEGL 97.1 The Eagle.
