Greetings from New Mexico

Long time lurker, first time member. A quick intro. Got into DXing way back as a kid when I discovered my Grandfather's Multi-band radio that had shortwave. Later on went to college majoring in RTF (is radio-television-film even a thing anymore?). Had a brief career in television, but mostly film behind the scenes. Have lived all over Texas but hitting older age wanted a bit more chilled out lifestyle and moved here to New Mexico.
Not sure how much I will have to contribute, but happy to join in whenever I can.

Let us know what you hear in NM. If you are in the ABQ area, you might give a "field report" on all those translators up on the mountain.

Yep, I'm in Albuquerque. And even the 99w translators put out a good signal even indoors. Being over 4000' ft above the city probably helps. Will post more in the future on the New Mexico radio page. Again, thanks for the add.
