Griz leaving 103.5?

I noticed when perusing their TV schedule that they had NO radio outlet listed. Then, I went to soulclassics.com (WRBO), and found NO references to the Grizzlies whatsoever.

If they have indeed parted company, where would they go? They wouldn't go back to WHBQ, WSMB has commitments to UT hoops, and you can't hear KQPN730 east of Mendenhall after dark.

Might CC have stolen them for V101 or K-97?

I'd suggest they check out KOTC at 830khz. Sure, they're daytime only but think how cheaply the Griz can operate! No color guy, no play-by-play guy, no engineering fees - it sounds like a win-win setup to me.

And, it sounds like that's all they'd have now!

The Griz broadcast guy emailed me to say they are staying at 103.5; I'll bet they get something up quickly now.
 
I have always wondered how many stations throughout the area carry the Grizz on the "Grizzlies radio network." I am a big Tennessee Titans and NFL Fan and I know the Titans are all over the place, but are the Grizz carried on more than a handful of stations? The Grizzlies need to start marketing more to Tipton County, Lauderdale, Dyer, Madison County, and Nashville.
 
is there anything more boring than grizzlies radio..ever since that first guy died...it ain;t been the same..here's an idea skip the radio borecast and have someone do crossword puzzles on the radio.
oh I forgot about the redbirds they stink to.
