Grubes is leaving KTCK to go back to school

Cirque Du Sirois and Soul Patch are both good shows. But Norm isn't going anywhere so it doesn't matter. That guy will be doing his show until the day he dies. The Ticket has a solid lineup and I don't see any show leaving anytime soon.

Norm has a new wife to support. Don't see him going anywhere.

Unfortunately this is the state of radio. All the pros are leaving to find something that will pay the bills.

And a new house. That thing is really nice.

The day Norm leaves the airwaves will be a sad day. I think he'll do it until he dies as well. I'm only 33 but I can scarcely remember the days that I didn't know who he was. From watching him do the Rangers and Mavs on HSE, to his days on KLIF, to ESPN, and now the Ticket for the last dozen years. He truly is special and I hope we realize what a broadcasting treasure we have and what a privilege it is to have "known" him all these years.
