K-Love would need just a signal boost for the city of Gastonia, as the full power signals all (most) reach to that city, just with a weak signal, so if they care to improve, (and very unlikely) but (for example) maybe they can buy (or trade) for His Radio's 98.3 Gastonia Translator...

It is Very Unlikely, but that would fit the "Key-Hole" 😁 (pun intended), um, FILL the GAP in the "K-Love-Hole" zone between coverage areas of 91.9 & 94.5

Maybe a simple trade for EMF's translator(s), Which is Carrying "Air1" in Concord NC (also on 98.3) and is also on 100.3 in Uptown CLT.

Again, Very Unlikely, but in that example, EMF could trade one of their translators, Currently playing Air1, but His Radio is already on 96.5 in Charlotte as well, so buying or trading 98.3 would make sense, but His Radio already does well there.

ALSO, and most importantly, That is Their Competition Too!, and so, this idea is VERY Unlikely, unless His Radio or EMF ever decideed to leave the market or at least have another frequency to move to....but because both stations carry the same format, it wouldn't be a very big change for the average listener.
