over the weekend i noticed the lsu womens sports was moved to 104.5. today i got a flyer in the mail about a promotion on country legends 107.3..a listen for your name promotion. last month the flyer i got was for new country 100.7 are they putting the focus on 107.3 now? are they looking at it as the primary country station and not the sister to new country? but the fact that the lsu lady tiger sports has moved has made me wonder..is 104.5 changing formats???
 
It wouldn't suprise me at all. I have been hearing about that. They are putting more womens sports on 104.5 so the Legends doesnt have to incur all that burden. I believe that they are talking about changing to a sports/news format maybe. That would awesome.
 
I thought BR had problems keeping all the Am talkers happy in ratings and revenue to worry about a FM one.. and could Guaranty actually do a good job of news, that would be my questionBut I agree with Cat Country, they are finally seeing where the bread is buttered and wanting to keep the Classic fans happy, cause other fans will come for the sports but most of your fan base will leave to something else IMO with sports like that.I have noticed YPY is adding new music fast again and not waiting as long as they were to add again..... I just wondering when they are gonna take some pointers from KXKC....RFLA
