CBS currently has more daytime network programming than any broadcast network, though (6.5 hours). ABC (GMA, The View, AMC, OLTL, GH) has 6; NBC (Today, DOOL) has 5.
I guess the larger question is, are CBS stations eager for more "local" time?
I guess you included the news programs. Those news programs don't really count since they are on in the Early Morning when it's dark/barely lit.
Without news: CBS (4.5 h), ABC (4 h), NBC (1 h)
I don't watch FOX because of the lack of daytime programming and the little 3 UHFs in Houston (including FOX) cater to the low-income ghetto crowd during the day. How many court shows and Church's Chicken commercials can one stand in a day?
For a CBS affiliate, KHOU is very loyal to the network schedule (except for the Craig Ferguson delay by a half-hour) unlike KPRC.
