Gunman, 60-year-old William Phillips

I didn't see any TV yesterday until the Red Sox/Yankees game on ESPN. I actually didn't hear anything about this until my cousin from Seguin told me a group of middle schoolers from there were touring the Johnson Space Center, when it happened. I got a MySpace message from her around 10pm. My sister e-mailed me late last night and told me that KRIV had coverage of it on Fox News Channel. As far as the other stations go, I didn't see it, and I hate I missed it. Nonetheless, a very, very sad story.

I logged on to check e-mail about 5:40pm and saw the headline on my home page. I flipped on 11 which was live, local, not with CBS. They continued up to 6pm and then devoted the first part of the 6 o'clock news to a recap. From promos about re-broadcasts scheduled overnight, I take it they were live much of the afternoon.

Saw a similar promo for re-broacast(s) on 13's 10pm news (may have been only one pgm to be re-broadcast on 13).

I don't watch daytime TV and don't remember the names of the pgms.

Which Houston station presented the coverage of the situation at NASA, Friday?

All of them were live throughout most of the afternoon. I didn't start watching until around 2:45, but at that point 2/11/13/26 were all live. At one point 13's chopper had to refuel, so they were showing 11's view during the down time. IMO, 13 best covered the story. KPRCs was a joke as usual...
